     This applet presents a visual effect in which an image can be used in the background and a water surfing effect can be created over it. It includes a HTML code generator, which enables you to change the parameters without any knowledge of programming in java or HTML. Supports a scroll text and an image insertion over the animation. You can configure the parameters like image, density of water effect, horizontal and vertical speed of water, overimage, overtext, horizontal & vertical position of overtext and image etc.
